Custom Foam modifications - we use your seat base!

We undertake the following process in order to make a fully customised comfort seat for you:

obtain full details of your height and weight, or meet you if you are a local

obtain any details about specific riding positions you require

remove all current foam from the seat base for the section being modified

layer on new open cell foam to the correct height ready for shaping

sculpt the foam to the correct shape for you

design, manufacture and fit a new cover to suit the new shape

A dual seat can have either the full seat re-foamed, or just the rider or pillion sections depending on your requirements. Original foam is retained on the section of the seat not being re-foamed.

Custom foam and plain vinyl cover - rider only - average $AUD280.00 + GST (less for club discount)

Custom foam and plain vinyl cover - dual seat - average $AUD420.00 + GST (less for club discount)

Trail bike full custom foam and plain vinyl cover - average $AUD320.00 + GST (less for club discount)

Motorcycle Solo Seat Registration

You may not require any comfort modifications but just want the pillion seat modified so the seat will sit one rider only - we can help. We specialise in the "fastback" style for solo registrations. Please contact us and advise us of your motorcycle model so we can provide a quotation.

Motorcycle Seat Cover Only

If your cover is damaged (which makes the bike un-roadworthy) and you require a cover only, contact us with your model details and we can provide you with a quotation.

Trade Inquiries

We also do a lot of work for motorcycle importers / exporters who just want a quick re-cover and maybe some minor foam repairs so the bike will be roadworthy. Due to the large number of seats generated, we can keep our prices on bulk orders low! Contact us for further information.
